Years after graduation, Chan and Ghost are working in a nightclub when their boss hands over the reins to his nephew, who turns out to be Wang Hu. As Chan and Wang Hu work together, they both try to woo the same girl, Saya, who also works in the club. Eventually, Ghost and Chan notice the shady circumstances surrounding Wang Hu's new business partner, Matsumoto. Caught between his friend's warnings and not wanting to offend his uncle's business, who will Wang Hu trust?
