The Legend of Yang Guifei

The story revolves around how a peasant girl named Yang Yu Huan was chosen to become one of the Emperor's many concubines. As opposed to many historical dramas (usually about war or glory), this period drama is more about the romance between Yang Gui Fei and Emperor Ming of Tang.
