At Kamikei Gakuen, Tenma Ryo serves as a counselor, listening to students, teachers, and parents seeking help with their issues. Despite their reluctance and attempts to conceal their concerns, Ryo's unique approach gently and sometimes boldly exposes their underlying troubles, mending their emotional wounds. While perceived as a highly-skilled psychiatrist by his peers, Ryo grapples with his own inner demons. His choice of profession and the significance of mending hearts raise questions about his motivations and past.
