Mary Jane

Hae In, who is in 6th grade, gets homework about her dream. As she agonizes over her homework, she becomes envious of adults who wouldn’t suffer from such worries. Yet, Seon Young advises her that all the thoughts she has now are dreams as well, in the situation where she has to think of what she wants to become. Hae In, who is confused in her own thought, tries on her mother's shoes in the shoe rack that she used to wear when she was young. Meanwhile, having to put on her shoes again for the first time after becoming a mother to start working again, Seon Young feels a strange sense of bond with Hae In when she sees her daughter wearing her old shoes.
