Plot
A dangerous, wide river in the Song Dynasty separates people on both banks. Every year lives are lost as ferries capsize in the turbulent waters. Legend says that Turtle and Snake demons live below the surface. Cai Yuan Xuan is sent to supervise the bridge being built, but the going won't be easy with dangerous waters, demons, and people.
