Tthe drama is a Sino-Burmese wuxia travelogue road drama. It is loosely based on the true account of Prince Shwenandaw, who brought his renowned dance troop for a visit to Tang in 802 AD for the purposes of diplomacy. Through this mission, he spread the word about Buddhist scriptures and teachings.
