If I Were for Real

After securing permission through bribery to leave his commune, Li Hsiao Chang heads for Shanghai to spend some time with his girlfriend, who is pregnant with their child. However, upon his arrival, he is confused with the son of a high-ranking politician and treated accordingly well. Enjoying the pampering that he is mistakenly receiving, Li doesn't immediately admit he's not who others think. But the charade cannot last forever, and the consequences of being discovered are dire.
