Fatal Needles vs. Fatal Fists

Police Captain Chao and Vice-captain Meng Hu are known as the "Bandit Catchers". In a fight, Meng Hu accidentally causes Captain Chao to get killed. He gives up fighting and becomes known around town as the "Coward Chen Chi". While working for a local family, he has to call upon his Kung Fu skills, as he is the only one who can save the town.
