Plot
The film, based on a manga by Hiroshi Tanaka, revolves around rival youth biker gangs based in Hiroshima. After being involved in a murder in Osaka, former delinquent Yutaka Nomura retreats to Hiroshima to lay low. Meanwhile, Ishimoto seizes on this moment of weakness to gain the upper hand on his rivals.
